Once you have unpacked your emotions [The What Happened? Package], it is time to form a plan. Together, we will help you set realistic goals and create a roadmap for moving forward from a psychological and emotional perspective. This may assist in preparing you for your first meeting with a family lawyer. In these sessions we will form your unique plan including:
