Together, we will help you set realistic goals and create a roadmap for moving forward from a psychological and emotional perspective. This may assist in preparing you for your first meeting with a family lawyer. In these sessions we will form your unique plan including:

  • Domestic/family violence.
  • Professional referrals; legal, financial and child support.
  • Reviewing your future wants/needs for children and finances from an emotional/psychological perspective.
  • Self-care.

We will help you alleviate some of the overwhelming feelings associated with family separation, gain clarity and ultimately, work towards a healthier and more stable future for yourself and your family. Remember, it is okay to seek help, and by doing so you can make a significant difference in your journey towards moving on from family separation.

In this package, we provide you with practical tools and strategies to take positive steps forward. Whether it is referrals for legal guidance, child support information, financial advice, or emotional support, we are here to help you get things done and make progress. This session includes developing and implementing your unique to do list in order of priority, one step at a time.

This package includes 2×2 hour sessions and will cost you $720 inc GST. Further sessions available if required, cost to be discussed prior to booking.
