Explore the Causes and Triggers of Anger

This module has two lessons both of which focus on causes and triggers of anger. In the first lesson we look at some common causes of anger including personal frustrations, perceived injustices and stress. In the second lesson there is a discussion about the impact of interpersonal conflicts, life changes and health issues on our anger response. There will be a quiz at the end of this Module to assess your understanding of the concepts introduced in the two lessons. A reflection task is included to help you identify your common triggers to an anger response.
