Identify the Physiological and Psychological Components of Anger

This module has 3 lessons the first and second lessons are about the psychological components of anger including the influence of thoughts and beliefs on anger and understanding cognitive distortions and their impact on an angry response. In the third lesson we present an overview of the body’s response to anger and throughout the module we will introduce some strategies that will help you manage your angry responses. There will be a quiz and a reflection task at the end of this Module to assess your understanding of the concepts introduced in the three lessons.
