Define Anger and its Characteristics

This Module has 3 lessons; the first is about understanding the nature of anger, the second is about validating anger as a natural response and the third is about the emotional, psychological and behavioural aspects of anger. There will be a quiz and a reflective task at the end of this Module to assess your understanding of the concepts introduced in Lessons 1, 2 and 3. We will also provide a tool to help you manage negative emotional responses at the end of this module.
