Spiritual Self-Care
Enjoying an activity that helps you develop a deeper sense of meaning, understanding, or connection can be described as spiritual self-care. It can, but does not HAVE TO, involve religion. Whether you enjoy meditation, attending a religious service, enjoying nature or praying, spiritual self-care can be an important activity for many people. Again, it needs to be for YOU and should feel energising, otherwise it is not the self-care we are talking about.
