Develop Your Self-Care Plan

It is important to deliberately plan your self-care. In this way, you can make sure that it takes priority in your life so that you can be resilient, confident, satisfied and recharged: ready to take on the challenges life has for you. Remember, self-care is very personal; you are likely to have a different preference to others and that is fantastic! It also is not carved in stone: It can, and should, change as you change. What supports your wellbeing now, might not be the best option next month or next year. Be prepared to revisit your plan from time-to-time.
